
It's the circle of life! The Lion King Jr., presented in association with Westerly Middle School, will be performed on March 27th & 28th. Based on the Broadway production and the 1994 Disney film. This show features classic songs from the film such as “Hakuna Matata” and “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” as well as additional songs from the Broadway production.
The Lion King tells the story of the epic adventures of a curious cub named Simba as he struggles to accept the responsibilities of adulthood and his destiny as king. Along the way, the young lion encounters a colorful cast of characters including spunky lioness Nala, charismatic meerkat Timon, and loveable warthog Pumbaa. To claim his rightful place on the throne and save his beloved Pridelands , Simba must find his inner strength and confront his wicked Uncle Scar.
The Lion King Jr. is approximately 60 minutes long with no intermission and will be performed Friday, March 27 at 7pm and Saturday, March 28 at 5pm

Tickets can be purchased at the door 30 minutes prior to curtain. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for seniors, $5 for students. (children under 5 are free)
